Zoulette sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is received damaged, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items are exclusives so exchanged item may not be the same piece. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn and in their original packaging. Zoulette reserves the right to refuse any exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
